Term and Conditions

Prize Draw Dates: 00:01 20th October 2025 is the start date of the competition. Closing date 23:59 16th November 2025.

Entry: Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entry to the prize draw is made on successful completion of the survey. Respondents can choose to opt out of the prize draw on completion of the survey if they do not agree with the terms and conditions. In the event that a participant does not qualify to take part in the survey they too can enter the prize draw. Also, should you wish to enter the prize draw but not take part in the survey you can do so by emailing help@riverford.co.uk. Surveys completed or entries into the prize draw after the closing date of 23:59 16th November 2025, will not be entered into the prize draw.

Prize: The prize will be awarded as follows to one randomly selected winner: one prize of £15 credit applied to their Riverford account. Credit will automatically be deducted from the value of the next order. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be informed by e-mail within five working days of the draw date using the e-mail address supplied. If the winner does not respond within 28 days of notification to claim their prize, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described below.

The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

English law will govern the prize draw and entrants to the prize draw submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The organiser of the free prize draw is Riverford Organic Farmers, whose registered office is: Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU

Draw Date: The one winner of the £15 Riverford credit will be drawn at random on 19th November 2025.

This Prize Draw is open to UK residents, excluding employees of Riverford, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. Riverford Organic Farmers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Riverford Organic Farmers may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless Riverford Organic Farmers is satisfied with the verification.

Only one entry per person and per email address is allowed. Entries not complying with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
