Term and Conditions

Prize Draw Dates: The prize draw opens at 00:01 17th February 2026 and closes at 23:59 25th February 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

Eligibility & entry: Entrants must be aged 18 or over. Entry to the prize draw is optional and is made only when you select ‘yes’ to enter at the end of the survey. Respondents can choose to opt out of the prize draw on completion of the survey if they do not wish to take part. In the event that a participant does not qualify to take part in the survey they too can enter the prize draw. Should you wish to enter the prize draw but not take part in the survey you can do so by emailing help@riverford.co.uk during the prize draw period. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents, excluding employees of Riverford, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted. Multiple, bulk, or third‑party entries will not be accepted. Riverford reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

Prize: There are 10 prizes in total. Each winner will receive one £30 John Lewis e-gift card.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other reward. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner selection & notification: The 10 winners will be selected at random within 7 days of the closing date. Winners will be contacted by e-mail using the e-mail address provided in their entry. The £30 e‑gift voucher will be included directly in the winner notification email. If a prize email is undeliverable (e.g., bounces or cannot be delivered), Riverford reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process. No action is required from winners to claim the prize, provided the email is successfully delivered.

Promoter rights: Riverford reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice. The promoter reserves the right to withhold a prize until eligibility has been fully verified.

English law will govern the prize draw and entrants to the prize draw submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The organiser of the free prize draw is Riverford Organic Farmers, whose registered office is: Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU.
