Recipe Box & Kit Survey - prize draw

Term and Conditions

Prize Draw Dates: The monthly prize draw opens at 00:01 on the 1st day of each calendar month and closes at 23:59 on the final day of that same month. A new prize draw will begin at 00:01 on the following day.

Entry: Entrants must be aged 18 or over. This Prize Draw is open to UK residents, excluding employees of Riverford, or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. The prize draw is primarily intended for Riverford customers who have received a recipe box containing a recipe card with the survey QR code. By completing the survey, entrants confirm that they have received and cooked that recipe. Within the survey, entrants select the recipe(s) they received. By submitting a response, entrants confirm that the information they provide is accurate and based on a recipe they have received. Riverford reserves the right to verify the validity of survey responses and may exclude any entries that appear to be inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent. Each valid survey response submitted via the QR code will count as one entry into that month’s prize draw. Customers may complete multiple surveys if they receive multiple recipe cards, with each completed survey treated as a separate entry. Duplicate responses to the same recipe or survey will not be counted. In the event that a participant does not qualify to take part in the survey, they may still enter the prize draw by emailing help@riverford.co.uk with their name, postcode and confirmation that they wish to enter. Surveys completed or entries received after the monthly closing date (23:59 on the last day of the month) will not be entered into that month’s draw, but will be eligible for the following month’s draw if submitted within that month’s entry period.

Prize: The prize will be awarded as follows to one randomly selected winner: one prize of £15 credit applied to their Riverford account. Credit will automatically be deducted from the value of the next order. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize. The promotor's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be informed by e-mail within seven working days of the draw date using the e-mail address supplied. If the winner does not respond within 28 days of notification to claim their prize, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.

English law will govern this prize draw and entrants to the prize draw submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

The organiser of the free prize draw is Riverford Organic Farmers, whose registered office is: Wash Barn, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU

Draw Date: The draw will take place within seven working days of the monthly closing date.

Riverford Organic Farmers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. Riverford Organic Farmers may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying the eligibility of an entry and the prize may be withheld until and unless Riverford Organic Farmers is satisfied with the verification.
